What are the next steps after I fill out the form?
I will endeavour to be in touch with you within 3 business days and from there depending on your session type I will either reply to your email with my availability or I will reply to make a time to go through a discovery call. This is a chance for us to better get to know each other, for me to gain better insight into how I can support you creatively and to make sure we both vibe one another and feel it is a good match.
Do you have a client closet I can hire from?
Yes, I have a client closet you are able to hire from of beautiful dresses from spell, free people, tigerlily, jens pirate booty and many other feminine and free flowing pieces that accentuate and define a womans natural curves and highlight your beauty.
Are the travel fees included in your packages?
Sometimes, if your desired location is outside of the 20 minute local radius a travel fee will apply.
The travel fee will depend on the amount of hours travelled from base to location and return and is charged at $150ph.
Some packages have the travel fee factored in and this will be discussed prior to your booking.
What if it rains on my session date?
If it rains, is overly windy or the conditions are not right for the photographer to be able to capture your images you will be offered a reshoot date.
Your reshoot date is subject to availability and if it is peak season your session may take some weeks to reshoot.
Some reshoot locations may be subject to a further travel fee
We don't have a set date yet or a due date can we still message you?
Yes of course, the earlier you send in your booking request the better. Births and weddings tend to fill up very quickly as I only take on limited weddings per year and as births are a personal experience and I am on call I am only able to accept one birth client per month.
Do you offer refunds?
No I do not, if the client is wanting to cancel the shoot please be aware that you will be forfeiting your booking deposit.
A refund shall only be provided to the client if the photographer fails to perform their duties for e.g fire, illness, damage to images or files, strike, technology failure, camera malfunction or if somehow the images were damaged, lost or stolen.
